Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the items in the original shipping box along with the completed return form and original invoice.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS/DHL return shipping label provided in your original package over the old shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized courier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
